Shipping costs
The shipping costs depend on weight and are free for orders over 79€.

Our shipping is fast e secure. All our shipments are handled by reliable couriers such as TNT and UPS. We use a polystyrene packaging that guarantees integrity and perfect preservation of the bottles.
Times and methods of delivery
The orders are processed from Monday to Friday until 14:00
In Italy the goods will be delivered in 24/48 working hours from receipt of payment* with the exception of small islands and disadvantaged areas where are required 72 hours.
The customer will be sent an e-mail with the tracking code in order to follow at any time where the package is located.
If at the time of receipt the packaging it isn’t intact or opened, we suggest to sign the document by writing "accepted with reserve”, explaining in detail what you have found.
If the recipient is absent at the time on delivery, the courier will leave a notification and will make a second delivery attempt on the next working day. If also in this occasion the customer will be absent, the courier will contact him to schedule a new delivery date.*If you have chosen a bank transfer as your method of payment, your order will be processed only after the deposit.
Abroad Shipments
For purchases made from abroad, our courier will take care of all the export procedures.
The amount of import duties will be shown as a separate item in your cart and paid by you at the moment of checkout. For orders in the European Union the excises are already included in the product price.
