Right of withdrawal


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Customer, in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/05 ("Consumer Code"), has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement concluded without any penalty and without having to provide any reasons, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product. The withdrawal may be exercised by the Customer, according to art. 54 paragraph 1 Consumer Code, using the withdrawal form downloadable below.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal, (in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 article 55), for distance contracts and contracts negotiated away from business premises, is excluded in relation to:

c) the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised;

d) the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

e) the supply of sealed goods that can not be returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery;

f) the supply of goods which, after delivery, are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other goods;

g) the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which has been agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the sales contract, whose delivery can take place only after 30 days and whose actual value depends on fluctuations in the market which cannot be controlled by the trader;


Return and Refund Procedure

The customer once he has decided to exercise the right of withdrawal must

- to send an email to info@severiniwines.com  filling out the appropriate form to download. .

- to wait for the confirmation email with the instructions for return by the Seller.

- to return the products in their original packaging, intact and unopened. 

The costs of returning the goods are charged to the customer, including the responsibility in case of loss or damage to the products.

Severini Wines will refund the full amount already paid by the customer net of shipping costs. For the credit entry, the same method of payment of the initial transaction will be used.
