It is the custom of the inhabitants of the Valle di Cembra to welcome a true friend into their home by offering the best wine from their cellar. In a nutshell "te dago delmè" translated "I offer you my best". We made this concept our own by applying it to Grappa and creating Grappa "delmè" by blending Grappa from eight different vines.
Describing it is not easy, but I can help the taster by explaining how in the "delmè" Grappa there is a complex perfume reminiscent of Yellow Moscato Grappa and Traminer Grappa, combined with the apparent simplicity of the scent of the Grappas of Chardonnay Nosiola and Müller Thurgau which completes further in the gustatory part where the presence of Schiava di Teroldego and Pinot Noir Grappas makes it much richer, persistent and also very soft.
Only advice to taste it in a large glass, fresh but never cold.
