Santa Lucrezia is obtained from a vine of ancient origins, the Croatina, which, precisely in the morphology of the soil and in the microclimate of the hilly area between Cisterna d'Asti and Canale d'Alba, has found its ideal habitat.
After an aging of 12 months in oak barrels, it has an intense ruby red color, a vinous and persistent aroma. The flavor, in which the slight tendency towards the amabile harmonizes well with the other sensations, is full and there is a bitter aftertaste; in addition to the characteristic and exclusive taste of green peduncle, the almond, raspberry, strawberry is perceived. It should be served at a temperature of 18 ° and can accompany a whole meal.
