708km Grappa is the fruit of the grapes dedicated to the production of "708 km Cembrani Bianco" and "708 km Cembrani Rosso", which represent the ambassadors of the excellence of the territory of the Valle di Cembra and its unique soil and climatic peculiarities.
These productions are dedicated to the territory of the Cembra Valley and its estimated 708 km of dry stone walls. The 708 is a Grappa with a complex, semi-aromatic scent, rich in floral nuances, with hints of linden, over time they evolve into quite ripe aromas of hazelnut, tobacco and honey to reach hints of chocolate when ripe: pleasant because varied and not monochorde, of excellent finesse and fragrance.
The taste is rightly harmonious and a slight burning on the tongue is only an indication of the absolute absence of sugar. With good persistence, it leaves an aftertaste with still floral notes.
